what a sh*t market.

You're not wrong, I just jumped on real estate .com for a look. There is a house near us that sold for 345k in 2014 and are now asking 800k. Carnts aka real estate agents can build a yeeting machine and yeet themselves into the moon :spacey:

Even our house has increased a similar percent over a similar time frame. sh*ts crazy yo!

Yea its fantastic for sellers atm! Just imagine it the other way though lol

We got out-offered on every single house we put an offer on, and our offers were alreafdy 30-50k higher than asking. Hence the decision to build. We get what we want for a fair price, no competitions, no fkn around

Went to Tanto in Melbourne today, a Japanese knife shop. Small shop but some absolutely stunning, and very expensive, knives. I have no self control and couldn't leave empty handed. I'm now the proud new owner of a Suisin knife. I'd love to show you but I seem to be stupid and don't know how to get the image address of my Imgur photo on mobile 🙃

It is more difficult on mobile... I'll update the instructions one day... For now just upload it straight to the forum via the add files button.

So yerp my "dyno" arrived, I can squish the farker to 80kg.

In other news I just bought a tyre changing machine and wheel balancer. Even spent the extra few bucks to get the better fitting machine cos ain't nobody got time to struggle with low profile wheels. Gonna pick them up whenever and will post a pic when it's set up.
