Get a solicitor to assist with threatening legal action. Take photo's for evidence. Compare them to your old photo's if possible.

I find being stern, without being a cùnt about it, will genuinely get you a lot further than if you just walk in loosing your shìt. You also don't want to come off as a pushover either. You want to go in with authority and let them know you're not happy with what they've done and that it sure as shìt wasn't like that before you took the car to them. As Keith said, going in armed with advice from a solicitor will help immensely also and call their bluff.

The only time I turn the mic on on my dash cam is when work is being done to it in a workshop - that way there is a chance of it capturing their voice.

When fitting tyres, I ALWAYS stand outside the workshop watching.......without fail

money is the problem at the moment ,the car just cost me about $10,000 plus ,and the tyres $840 so it just adds up faster than I make it .still got to get some et streets 235 60 15 and rims to suit for powercruise .and I have nothing left in the bank that's all my savings gone .today I am going to get some wet and dry to rub out the scratch marks and then re polish the car .my girlfriend said they will do nothing ,so just fix it your self .
