^did you manage to get all the swirls out with ultimate compound? I've tried it, made it real shiny but still had swirls/spiderwebs visible under bright light.

yes mate when I wheeled it out of the garage in bright day light I can see the spiderwebs and swirls .bugger ,but at least it has no more watermarks .going to get some swirl mark remover and redo the ute again .in day light you need glasses to look at it ,its very shiny

Mate you can't expect a 20 dollar product to make it like a professional detail! They do help a lot though. If you really wana do it properly, use clay bar, cutting compound then a polish followed by a wax. If you're competent to do that correctly bye bye swirls!

They're a great product for a quick detail though :) I use it in between big details

actually it does give me the sh*ts ,because I have polished mates cars and did not get one swirl mark in it lol. just used cheep sh*t to do a fast job . if it was a porsche I would be devastated but its all good its only a red one tonne work ute with a xr6 turbo engine (converted from 3v v8 ) getting tuned wednesday . has lots of goodies like truetrack 3.9 ratio ,nizpro cooler and turbo mods .about 330 rwkw and 760 nm ,can not wait for the retune after the mods and rebuild btr with au parts
