Coolant Turned To Brownish Colour

G'day all, Just thought id ask the question out why my coolant after 8,000kms from being new has turned to the colour it is in the photo..?

Ford use a 70/30 mix, they all do it, mine is at 13k now and is brown, going to drop it and do a nice 50/50 mix of Nulon today.

Yeah 50% demineralised water 50% coolant. I always fill the rad up with a bit of clean tap water and run the car on idle for a few minutes to get rid of all the coolant in the block.

Funny how they do this, I have a new car now and it's done 70,000km and the coolant is crystal clear pink and it's the factory fill...

Maybe it's a reaction because of minerals alloy head iron block and extreme heat from turbo... I dunno
