Fitting G6E Interior In Fg Xr6 Turbo

hey guy just bought the full g6e leather interior for my fg xr6t everything fit perfect besides.... the front seat the g6e seat and the xr6 seat have different wiring loom plug ins anyway to get around this ??

was going to try swapping the rails over I just don't want to stuff anything up.

anyone's help would be appreciated

Do they have the same amount of wires? If you're not electrically minded you might have to visit an auto elec. They should be able to get the job done pretty quick with all the right tools at the shop

Yes you will probably need to swap the rails. The G6ET drivers seat has the memory function which will go back to the Body Control module. Your T probably does not support this at all.

I'm assuming the base cushions from the G6E seats can be removed and fitted to yours.

Might have been better off gettnig a cutom wrap. Ha sorry I hate that too.

Not sure and I willlook into it. But arnt the G6ET's seat connected to your ICC. For the memory function ??? Same for the mirrors.

I don't knwo for sure, but I think that's the only way they could match the key to the memory

great idea to do the swap. auto elec could sort it out pretty quick. bcm change will be a must for memory function
