Rockatansky Member 591 Member For: 14y 14d Gender: Male Posted 03/08/12 11:21 AM Author Share Posted 03/08/12 11:21 AM (edited) Much damage?Should've taken my own advice, "stay off the grass".Note to self: Don't conduct a u-turn on a grassed area of a country dirt road without feeling for large rocks.Got it booked into the local panel shop the week after next for a front bar repair (old damage from the 2011 Mad Max Cruise scouting run where I eased over a BP Roadhouse car park curb and upon reversing got the lip caught and tore the bar), rear lower bar re-paint (paint flaking off a previous owner's repair - a blueprint bar was fitted and they just sprayed over the top) and will have the right hand side skirt replaced and painted. Picked up a skirt for $75 and the work will cost $950. Going badgeless on the side skirts.Lucky I got my tax refund last Saturday... will be like a new car again!
