brendoxr6t Donating Members 35 Member For: 14y 7m Gender: Male Location: Mudgee, NSW Posted 21/03/12 12:38 AM Share Posted 21/03/12 12:38 AM Hey guys,I have a ba xr6t and recently it has started to muck up, sometimes it takes a few seconds for it to start up when you turn the key and after it has warmed up and sitting in neutral the revs will fluctuate. sometimes drop right down to about 200 then come back up and occasionally it will stall. its fine when im in gear then as soon as you put the clutch in it starts mucking up, is also fine when the engine is still cold.my tuner reckons either throttle body or computer but im not real keen on spending that much money if its not gonna work.any help would be graetly appreciated.cheers, brendan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Remove the throttle body. Spray it thoroughly to get all carbon off it. Pay particular attention to Isc valve. Disconnect battery before you start all this.
