Are you transplanting a Barra into something else?

no computer will run your car as good as the factory ECU. But if your chucking a engine into something else that's a whole different ball game.

Pretty sure Motec can run VCT.

You can also run any aftermarket ECU and grab some adjustable cam gears from Atomic.

Yeah I'm a big fan of retaining the factory units where possible because as you say nothing runs them better.

However I am transplanting a barra into my 94 ED XR6 so having a B series ecu isn't a concern, the e series computer will run some of the dash components and the Link G4 will run the rest :).

If you dint already have the Link the Ford Pcm would happily do what you need to do with the PATS disabled. But since you have the link you may as well use it.

Please tell me it has a two step and antilag....?!?!!?!? :msm:
