I got the iron thing under control now :) can recognize the symptoms.

whats your diet based around adie? my irons continually low, blood tests every couple months and that's while taking FGF iron tablets. try to have more red meat with plenty of iron. what other sh*t out there u eat that helps?

I feel lethargic if its low, n I notice its low lol. just wana sleep flat out n cbf walking. even driving. better not feel like it tomorrow at tough mudder lol

oh n I take swisse too but its been on tv a couple times that its useless. so I may change over to centrum when this bottles finished

Hey guys,

I wanna get into the weights, but I have no idea where to start, I want to get into shape, nothing like a juice head gorilla lol, but to be toned and built

I'm 5' 11" about 100kgs.

From what Ive heard off a few blokes, is that ive "got the size" - The gym junkies should know what I mean?

What work outs should I begin with? Amount of reps and the weights? How long should a weights sessions be?

Bear in mind, ive started to a fair bit of cardio atm, hoping to drop the fat and get to about 85-90kg

Can some junkies give me a bit for info and insight into where I should begin..

It's known women need more iron then men a day, men need a minimum of 8mg a day and women need 18mg a day. Good sources are,

Spinach

Potato with skin on

Lima beans

Lentils

Beef liver and the highest source, alone has 6.1mg per 3 ounces

Navy beans

Yeh mate got through it. Shin splints something terrible and then cramps started to set in at about 8km. Took me 4.5hrs all up. I'm f*cked now though. Taken today off work lol. Lectric soda bath and a cork in the bed helped with the cramps lol
