cheers pazz, I like to mix it up, supersets give me massive pumps.

ill prob do it different this time around and try and build up for a while then start mixing it up when I feel or see a reduce in growth/results.

So hit a bit of a problem, my trainer was away cause his wifes having a baby so he got his boss to train me. He's trained me a couple of times before and I think his style suits me allot and I'm see to bang out allot better sessions.

Can't really just ditch my current one and swap but I feel I'm not doing as well with him as I could do with his boss.
