I thought cardio was the enemy of bulk?

Might be why I'm 63kg, all cardio no weights. Live off steak, chips and beer

I think the last ten posts or something summed up something no one ever told me when I was hitting the gym.. Was doing massive weight sessions and finishing with 6 - 12km runs.. Was wondering why I couldn't get muscle to build..

If your a hard gainer which I say 60% are last thing you want to do is cardio, even if your not a hardgainer I would limit it to no more than 20 mins of slow walking a day tops. You have to choose what you want, if it's muscle very limited cardio, if you want to be fit and have a fit looking body I would go for full body workouts and cardio. If you want to get big and do 45 mins of cardio your food intake will be huge anywhere upwards of 5000 to 6000 calories a day.

yeh they suck, but they're effective. And if people want to be built like a footy player they shoud train like one. So burpees.
