Woot managed to jump up quite a lot again with squats and press, and just a little bit with bench and row.

Smashing out the gains, for sure ;) I can't wait to get in the gym again tonight :) maybe I should switch to a "bro split" workout so I can go to the gym more often... :showoff:

Yeah man and now 2 days off, fook yeah. Training 6 days per week sucks balls after a while, but it will net you some hectic gains if you can recover properly.

Yeehar I got me some doms! Not bad ones but enough to know I lifted some weights yesterday. I guess that means I've found the correct weight to be lifting lol :training:

yeah, I've got a tiny bit of DOMS but hardly noticeable. I probably needed to lift a little more ;)

It all depends on what you want to do man. No need to train your arse off unless you have lofty goals in the gym or sports field.

unless of course I just like training in the gym to my maximum intensity... :) all good, I'm not pushing myself to get DOMS every workout haha
