Haha I can't say that was the case. It sucked more as it went on. I need to work on my flexibility, cos I'm getting shoulder and wrist pain from setting up for the squat.

 

I've got a machine that has a squatting part that doesn't rely on having your hands too far back, so I just used that today.

 

Haha you know your getting old when a heart rate of 150 feels high :declare:

So yerp, this is what this weeks training looks like, today is day 1. Last week was 4 sets and the week before was 3 sets. I don't do heaps of weight with this program, enough to make gains but not so much that I can't complete it. I'm supposed to up the weight as the reps go down but by the end of the week I cbf, so just do the same weight all week for 3 weeks at a time then increase it when I reset. Also I make sure I've got my breath back before starting the next set with squats, so sometimes the rest breaks are a bit longer.

'
