woo gym :) I took a week off workouts (after donating blood) but took the dog out for running around and frisbee throwing (and a little catching) all throughout the week and that's always fun to do

Yeah I had a bit of a break for recovery which was nice. I reset the program so it'll be easy for a while then end up heavy again. I should make all kinds of gains...alll kindzzz :yes:

smashing it :) haha I went early yesterday to avoid the supposed monsoonal weather... I hate morning workouts... mostly because I don't eat breakfast haha

Yerp smashed that one although I didn't feel the best. Probably didn't help not having a proper breakfast beforehand. Oh well, gonna have a maxibon for post workout snack.

Out here again lifting sh*t up and down so I can make all kinds of gains.

 

Blue skies, sun shining, green grass, nice breeze, birds singing, blow flies buzzing, hell yeah :declare:

Decide I want to upgrade my home gym stuff.

Check the price for calibrated olympic plates and barbells etc.

Realize I need to spend about ten grand for the stuff I want.

Go outside and make the exact same gains on my "cheap" stuff that I would with expensive stuff.

Come inside and eat chicken and beans.

Meh.

Went outside for weights.

Did only curls in the squat rack.

Curled 67kg for easyish single. 57 for 6 reps, 47 for super easy 10, 37 for super easy 20.

But did all of that back to front.

After I tried 77kg but it went nowhere...Seems I need to up my curl game.

Measured arms cos there aint no point doing curls if you don't...and got 18.3inches...definitely need to up my curl game :blaah:
