A good way I found to get things done is to just do it anyway and keep doing it until it becomes habit until you don't need motivation.

It becomes habit after a while and the walls/procrastinating thoughts we build up in our mind fall down when we can see how easy things are to achieve over time.

Home gyms rock.

However I need to build a deadlift platform as 210kg deads and concrete with some gym matting just doesn't sit well with me haha. Plus I want to add bands.

Keep on lifting lads.

Will post more in this thread when I get time (busy week at work), but I'm curious as to how you get your kg ratings from the cable based machines you're utilising for a lot of your exercises, Keiffy. Is there a conversion table on the machine that says what weight certain plates are? I've never seen anything like that on those machiens, that's all. All I know is that I put the pin in the number 13 plate for lat pulldown and do 3x sets of 8 reps.

Ah...ok, well not all gyms have the numbers listed in kg ratings. A lot of them just have generic 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.
