I don't know how you all do it. After a days work the last thing I'd want to do is go to the gym.

Well Adam don't drink or smoke and alot has got to do with diet. 1 of the biggest causes of tiredness is fatty liver, don't have to be fat to have it either. If I had to reccomend 1 thing to have to in a diest, it would be Spirulina. The most complete food you can ever have. Edited by PAZZOnegger

that's my biggest problem adam, bust my balls all day working, and then I have to find the energy to bust my balls again and lift weights.

its why iv been so off and on with training. if I had a office job though, finding energy after work would be no problem hahah
