Fella's and I think Stifler will agree, IT'S NOT HOW MUCH YOU LIFT....ITS HOW YOU LIFT IT! Ask Staino, never got him to lift super heavy, but still gained size.

I've been meaning to buy a bike for cardio but I either forget to get one or the timing isn't great.

 

Frig who needs a bike anyway when sets of deadlifts makes me huff and puff like a mofo.

Can confirm good cardio. I've been riding 100-150 (longest ride I've done was 100km...burned 4000 calories that day, so ate alllll the things haha) a week most weeks for nearly a year now. Dropped 20kg+ so far and trying hard to get rid of rest atm (another 10kg or so).
