Yeah I buy the 400ml cans bout $1 or so each, have 2-3 a day.

If you add oats, eggs, berries or a banana to it you've got a decent meal of around 1500-2000 calories.

My sister uses chilled water, fills up her shaker the night before and leaves it in the fridge overnight. Apparently the taste is way different. Worth a shot freaky!

You should use water straight after a workout, but mix your shakes with half water/milk for calories as STIFLR said.

I'll give you the Animal protein I have as promised, you will see results!

Hey gents

Been on the forum a while but only just found this thread. Been training in gyms for years but mainly been focusing on powerlifting this year using Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 program. It's going great. My brother and I are looking at competing in a novice PL comp in January in bris Vegas.

Current 1rms are

DeadlIft - 240kg

Squat - 185kg

Bench - 135kg (my weakest lift)

OHP - 90kg

You know what I enjoy about the gym? Think you will agree Stifler. When ever people find out you train, it's how much you weigh, best question as the weight farks with your mind. like I know I should diet down now, but it's like I don't want to drop under 110kg, just Want to bulk to 120kg.

Bodybuilders or anyone who trains for size has what is known as, BIGOREXIA, the opposite of Anorexia. Means we always think we are skinny no matter how much we weigh, admit it Stifler you know what I mean when you look in mirror.
