I cant do legs, got dodgy knees.

also need help building arms, fk me cant seem to get any size in them :(

You can do body weight squats FF, just lift your arms in front of your body and squat. Start with 5 sets and every set to failure. Do that 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Even supported leg press. and leg extensions. You don't have to go heavy as long as you do it right. You can do standing calf raises no probs.

That's how I do them as I've had a few knew recons and don't do leg weights, but I hold a few dumbells against my chest
