I was doing squats tonight. Got all the way down and RRIIIPPPPP. Shredded my shOrts. Got my back against the wall and crept out of there.

I think the whole gym heard/ saw, just everyone was to polite to say anything haha

Has happened to me in the past with cargo's lol, its a gym mate its all good.

At my gym they just take there tops off pull there pants down and start posing at the mirrors lo,l then you tend to see a few others comparing before you know it theres a group posing naked lol.

I have big legs, you have wide back you got big arse lol you have a bloaded head and you huge guns.

I am not a big fan of legs I try not go as heavy as I used to, I like to do heaps of reps on each of the 4 -5 different exciser's I do as its the most important to gain size muscle and strength.

FF:- even if you can't do legs, try to warm your legs on the bike machine fo 10 mins on light that suits you then either warm your legs on the legs extension with 3 sets and then make your way to the smith machine for squats you don't need plates the bar should enough weight for you to get used to, ask Pazz he can help you.

Legs help with bulking upper body.. My legs look like that pic

PICTURE ABOVE-ugly when people don't have legs and mass upper body.

One side kick and your down.

My lord I didnt know they made them that skinny haha

My legs are my strongest body part by a long way. Always had a heap of muscle so I dont do a lot of work on them. Maybe once a week ill do a full leg workout and throw a couple more days of calves in here and there.

Ive got decent size upper legs but toothpics from knees down.
