Haha cool man, yeah I might sound a bit harsh sometimes but then again sometimes you just gotta stop the excuses and go train.

You can make hella chest gains with pushups. Start with sets of 5, 10 or 20. When you can do sets of 20, do 5 sets then build up to 10 sets per day.

200 push-ups per day might sound like a lot but it really isn't. It makes for very quick chest development.

It isn't weights but it's a staple for home training when you don't have much gym equipment.

After a whole bunch of thinking about what the fark I should do, I've decided on running the 5/3/1 program by Jim Wendler. The thing I'm looking forward to the most is the AMRAP at the end of each major lift. Also having a good amount of freedom for accessory movements will keep things a bit more interesting.

First day training with the belt and first day training the 5/3/1.

The belt is good, gives more support with bracing.

Hella farken headache after squats today, I would have been dehydrated from drinking beer all week.

Ended up doing 165kg squat for 8, I could feel my hamstrings pulling a lot at the ass so wussed out there.

I hope this program has enough volume to keep making gains, I'll find out after a couple of months and share the results.

Get some gains farkers :declare:
