During lockdown times for two Winters I went to an actual outdoor gym; it sucked... would have loved to have done it in summer instead both times haha. Actual gym FTW because indoors + aircon ;)

Yeah man aircon would be great, you can lift a lot more when you're nice and cool. Mebbe I'll get a smaller shed just for the gym stuff and chuck a wall unit in that.

Yeah there's a nice breeze so it doesn't feel that hot

Muscle memory is farking insane. Two weeks back into a 6 days a week program and it looks like I've been lifting for years. I have been lifting for years, but after a long lay off, I didn't have a lot of gains to be seen.

 

First day sucked balls, now it feels great.

Same sort of feeling I got when I went back to the actual gym after the outdoor workouts. :) Feels excellent :)

Feeling a non scale victory today…. 
 

my RHR used to be 80-90bpm when I was obese…. 
 

Im now approaching athlete territory with a RHR of about 56bpm….
