I'm not saying you're outside the BMI etc, but the physician can tell you a lot more than just that and, as far as I know, they don't even use BMI anymore... it sounds like you're not happy with how you look, at least check on a few things at the doctor.

Physical work shouldn't lead to loss of muscle mass, but the not eating enough definitely could. Perhaps supplementing calcium for bone density etc and peanut-butter-style-suggestions are the way go to :idunno:

No sh*t you didn't see value or savings if you never used it. There are massive savings to be had with groceries and meat.

 

Same advice goes for everyone that's a scrawny shrimp, if there's nothing physically wrong with you according to the doctor, get off your ass, eat a godamn sammich and get lifting weights.

 

Like keef said, get to the doctor, get checked and take it from there.

 

This ain't the "excuses why I can't lift weights thread".
