Been logging your workouts? I don't bother to do that... I'm surprisingly not concerned with my own fitness data haha

I don't really bother logging the weight unless I'm strength training and need it to increase incrementally each week.

 

Apart from that I have a couple of programs that I use.

I'm at 0 for a few weeks since contracting covid 😑. now I have another virus on the back of that- symptoms indicate its related to Bell's Palsy 🤔. hopefully can get back to the gym soon. I miss it!

Workout day, didn't feel like starting it, didn't feel like doing it, didn't gaf that I finished it.

 

None if that sh*t matters cos I got it done and the gains will come, regardless of how much I wanted to quit.
