Cheese is one of the most calorie dense foods there is. Get hold of a decent quality extra tasty, some thick ass ham, lay the marge and mayo on thick and you will have 400 calories per sanger easy. Smash 2 of those in the space of 5 minutes and tell me you cant get calories in.

I'm the opposite, I gained 10kg since September, when I stopped lifting and tracking macros regularly.

 

I've switched back to low carb beer so should lose a few kg like that. :drinks:
