awesome :spoton: good progress :showoff:  I was supremely confident you'd go wayyyy past me again :) mostly because you're actually doing heavy weighted squats and I'm not, even when the gym is open ahha

I did my 3x6 with 80kg which is all I have programmed.

 

Your inspirational post before got me hyped up so I did an extra; 1 rep of 100, 1 rep of 120 then tried some unracking to get a feel for the weight again.

 

130, 150, 170, 190 then 200kg.

 

The old 1 inch barbell wasn't too happy about it lol.
