Removed the barra head, the cardboard box and the floor creeper from the squat rack today.

 

Not long before I'll be doing curls in the squat rack again xD

Moes get the bros? Lucky I had a shave today.

 

I looked at the weights today and thought about it, and it's the thought that counts, so I reckon I must have made some gains.

 

Brb maybe gonna lift weights some time in the future.

Did a workout this afternoon after a bit of shed/equipment prep.

 

It's a one month pre conditioning program with light weights. It's to get the technique back and allow time for the body to get ready for heavy stuff.

 

I was thinking about the fact that so many people can't use the gym and here I am not using my equipment for whatever reason. That's what got me started.
