Heh then I'ma be a slackhole and do nothing all weekend. Could be time to write a program, now that everything is moving nicely and ready to lift properly.

Yeah all better thanks mate - did my 3 gym sessions this week... leg day is still a carnt and I'm not lifting half the weight you are 🤨 squatted 70kg 3x10 and my legs said ouch.

That's good mate, keep at it. Haha I can't do 140 for 3x10, I'd be about 30kg less for that rep range. 

 

Leg day sure does suck when starting out or getting back into it. I had to force myself to get it done cos I sure af didn't feel like it. My legs are aching and a bit sore too right now but not too bad overall.

so many newbies in the gym yesterday; gotta love the "new year new me" thing... I guess wearing specifically purchased gym gear and actually having some muscle definition while doing difficult stuff in the gym (normal for me, of course, after years of training) actually garners attention of the newbies. I actually had a bunch of people ask me questions 😮

no questions today, but heaps of "wtf is he doing" looks today haha maybe I scared them off last Monday? didn't notice any double-up newbies, so maybe that's it... solid workout, though :showoff:

I'm not an expert on diet as I just eat whatever... but to hit higher calories just smash peanut butter sangas or peanut butter on celery etc... you can eat heaps of it to get your extra calories.
