You don't need caffeine and you definitely don't want to have 500+ per day but having the carbs from gatorade and creatine makes the gainz much easier to come by.

Pity strodins aren't legal :police:

Made a beasty pwo this afternoon, minus the caffeine, consisting of a scoop of gatorade and a scoop of creatine. Smashed it down with a buttload of water and a couple of fish oils and went squatting.

Ended up with a fark off bump on the top of my shoulder blade on the rhs cos I'm not used to having the weight on my shoulders.

Fun times, making all dem gainzzz :training:

Who else been making gainzzz???

@.Stripes. Are you better yet?

Well fork... 16 days in and I've got the squat to 140kg and the deadlift to 180kg, both with good enough speed and proper form. I got 200kg to the knee in the deadlift just now but ran out of puff...geddit geddit?!?! Dunno what the bench is but I guess it'll be 120kg.

Not particularly strong yet by internet standards but we're all at different levels and all that matters is making consistent gainzzz!!!

Get amongst it lads!!!

solid 9000th post :) getting your strength back fairly quickly, eh... I guess you didn't actually lose much muscle mass over the off period.

Ha true I should have come up with some over 9000 content. Oh well :)

Yerp not a lot of endurance yet at heavier weights but that'll come soon enough.

I guess all those gruelling months I had previously done actually grew some muscle.
