with the missus to nearer to where her new job is (2 hour drive to the location, from 110km one side of Melbourne to 30km the other side haha). The move went quite well, other than the usual niggles.

That's good...moving can actually be the worst. I paid someone to do it fo rme last time - best $500 I ever spent!

In other news, leg day is a carnt...nearly fall over every time I go to stand up from my desk...

Yeah man first day back in the shed in the shed for farken ages. Had to wipe the dust off the equipment. Did "mostly light" full body with a mix of free weights and machine.

After sitting around being a fathole for so long, the last thing I want to do is injure myself, so I'll save the "smashing it" until a couple of months has passed. Gotta build up some core stability and rebalance my hips before I ramp up the weight or it'll be bye bye lower back. Also gotta fix the diet to rebuild energy levels and other stuff.

The only thing I pushed a little was the deadlift but stopped before I struggled with it. Haha just wanted a quick idea how it felt!

Gainz take months to achieve so no point going hard when I don't have to, it doesn't make a difference to how fast you progress, for the most part.

yeah, I meant "smashing it" as-in something along the lines of "pushing your body to the point where you're not going to injure yourself;" so your plan seems reasonable :)

I'm always shocked when I take some time off the gym or donate blood and then it's so much more difficult to get into it.
