nah, just cbf with breakfast... no actual diet plan - I eat what I want, as long as it's reasonbly high in calories around gym days.

Diet is just one part of the whole "fitness" deal that I really cannot be farked with :spoton:

haha, I eat plenty of snacks between meals, which is enough to satisfy me between the big calorie hits. You get used to not eating breakfast :idunno:

That's called worms haha!

Freaky makes a good point keefy. You need to eat lots and eat the right stuff.

A lot of your energy intake would go to powering that brain of yours though. I don't waste any on mine it goes straight to my thighs...

I know all about how bad my diet is. I've made a conscious decision to not concern myself with it (other than taking in roughly 250%, in terms of calories, of what I was taking in before I started going to the gym), after taking into account all of the pro's and con's :). There's no convincing me that it's worthwhile changing my shopping and cooking habits just for this purpose.

Keith you aren't over weight and from what I can tell you aren't training to be a bodybuilder or a power lifter.

You don't need to change a thing mate.

It's only if you wanted to gain another 10 to 15 kg of muscle that you would need to count calories and adjust your macros to make optimal gains.

Cheers, puffster. I'm just after fitness and strength, not size and mass, for the most part.

I just need to do more oblique work; I've been lazy in that area since I started at the gym and it shows :spoton: Will have to modify my workout to include some of that body section.
