Mate go into negative calories every day.

My fitness pal will record.

Run keeper will log cardio. The two talk.

Plenty more they are just the ones I use.

Mate I did a ketosis diet once. If you stick to them they work.

Loosing weight fast is not sustainable long term. You are an adult and have your reasons.

Long term 0.5 kg a week is considered aggressive.

I was on a high protein diet with exercise and was loosing around 1kg a week. Which was very hard to maintain but looking back was fairly quick, didn't see a few friends for a few weeks and they couldn't believe the change.. Trying to get to that level now but its very hard to get back in that mind set..
