Oh and freaky, not sure how old you are dude, but unless your over 26 or so don't bother. At 21 like me youd still be producing similar levels to an older bloke on roids, try not having a pull or sex for a week and see how aggressive you Wana hit weights, it works! I get edgy after 2 f***n days haha

Fmd 115?! Good work haha. I'm aiming for 6 or 7 kg in 3 months... Clean though. Never been above 70 in my life currently 65.

I want 85kg bench. (@70)

120 squat (@100)

160 Dl. @(120)

80kg clean and press @ 50

Yes I know small, but obviously I'm not a big guy I'd just like to get solid as it's easy for me to rip up. And if I can get to those numbers I'd like to think I'd be pretty strong for my size

I was once a small guy, although tall, when I started training I only weighed 70kgs...

With the right guidance, training and eating plan mid 70's is easily achievable

My goal is to loose weight and get a bit ripped, at 114kg now, want to get to around 100kg but still have bulk.. Was taking protein but I was gaining weight when on it, so cut it out and now back on track..

Just did bi's and tri's.. Doing tri's I can get them pumped and rock hard from top to bottom,, its different with bi's though, bottom half is pumped and rock hard and where my tshirt starts its like I just rocked up.. Soft as my ass.. Any way to target that area?

Ohh and this kid rocks up,, scrawny looking guy and jumps on the bench machine.. Puts 10's on each side, sits down.. Gets up and puts the seat to 45 degrees,, gets on the phone for 5 mins, sits down, gets up and puts the seat to 60 degrees,, on the phone again, sits down for 5 mins.. Gets up, takes weights or the bar and walks off to the lat pulldown machine..

Haha so many of them in my gym mate. The way I found to hut that area is do bicep curls with cables at shoulder height so you look like your trying to flex. Now, turn your wrist out as far as possible without hurting. Do curls like this and emphasize the squeeze.. Best way to see if it's working is feel the muscle a you do it. Just tense your arm bow twist your wrist back nd forth, you with feel your upper outer bi working!
