MX Dave I'm with you. I found supplemebts just made me retain water and I lost whatever I had within weeks. I've just started on a half kilo diet. Half a kilo of meat ( steak or chicken) through the day and whatever else I eat at night to see how that goes. Not hard, just throw garlic and a bit of soy on some chicken when you cook dinner throw it on the Barbie and instant 3 meals for tomorrow! Got the gym bug back and I'm intent on putting on weight this time!!
