john-yours should hit 600 with race fuel yeah? im hoping it should make around 600kw atw wheels through the converter...if not I think its time for a gtx turbo or nitrous:P

and yes there are so many sh*tbags in this world, money and greed breed these people and their short term gain will, like everything, reach equilibrium in the wash. but I love the lessons and if it wasnt for the dark there would be no light

I'm not sure what its capable of to be honest but I gave Dave a license to wind boost into it til it stops making power so we'll soon see I guess. It made 521 last time on pump fuel and since then I've had te head done and compressions a little lower so will be interestng.

Got a little surprise for after Chrissy but I want to see how this setup goes first.

it made 616hp on 20psi pump fuel but ran out of fuel system... I think im going to go straight to an e85 tune. should see 750 at 25-30 psi hopefully but well see how it goes...still waitin g on slicks for drags...

Really strong and promising result mate, mine went 580 before the headwork so goes to show the difference a good set of cams can make to these engines. I think you'll be surprised with the race tune with the expectations you have

that's it john, I gained pretty much 100hp at same boost etc with the heads/cams (btw they are the 283 deg stage 4 duo phase)...but aparently they make power till 7500-8000, but standared cams wouldnt hold sh*t past 6500...there is about 0.5 secs lag to full boosst now with this setup, pretty much instant black lines on 15psi from standing start. good fun :P

cheers spiro, but I want my own set anyways, it should be all good shortly. been a long time coming but I will get this 9 with the irs hopefully

well no luck, car has some electrical problems, find out how serious this week. back to the shop again! going full e85 now so should make 800 on the street and finally get to the track.

thanks to bloody poor service f*cking around with your loom in the first place id say. I know im always on here hating tuners, or so it seems, but f*ck, these *beep* deserve it. its not even my car and I want to go and belt the dickheads responsible for this mess.

the bloke in mention even admitted to me that he comes on here with an alias just to stir up sh*t. his name starts with a j. you know who you are. your time will come.

mate, fight this sh*t to the end and get your nine. I know I say this for everyone. :smilecouncil:

haha id love to catch up with james. gloves off in a cage cocksucker. car had a snapped timing chain, which was brand new with the cams, and only put 190kms on it..so hopefully get whatevers damaged replaced with warranty. hopefully the valves arent bent or anything, I never heard any bad noises so I have no idea when it let go...weird stuff

well there was one bent valve so must have gone when the motor was running...very weird. funny you say that spiro I was coming home last night and got waved around a dead black cat on the road around the corner. wasnt me that hit it though, but if it kept coming to my yard who knows

on e85 made 400kw at 12psi, but when boost is turned up power curve is weird, they want to put a manual in it to see what power drop it has and why its not putting power down at 28psi. im guessing slipping converter or something. should do 850hp through the auto im hoping. all suspension and slicks ready to rock and roll
