Actually ignore me. Did some more research and I think I will loop some hose and if that turns out to be too difficult to work with, I'll order these:

it's a quite similar process, just more of a squeeze to fit it in. You'll be fine following the instructions in this thread.

it's just a bunch of screws around the edge of the circle mount.

for the fuel lines, there's a bit of finessing with where you apply the pressure (a pick set is a very valuable tool to use for those connectors) to get them off the 3 fuel line connections (make sure to re-connect them in the same order, e.g. mark which is which).

if you mean the bit of grey plastic over the top of the whole thing, just un-plug the obviously removable bit and then lever under the edges with a flat-head and pull upwards to remove it
