Out of the 2 holes in the Whiteline adjustable front sway bar which option has everyone found best?

Also the non adjustable one which one is that equivalent to? e.g. the same as the adjustable one set on the stiffer side of softer side?

The settings are totally dependant on how you want the car to feel/react - try both and see what you prefer and what suits your driving style.

The non-adjustable is in between the two options - effectively a "medium"

thought I would ask the suspension guru the best set up for drag racing. I have done a lot of drag racing and know how to set up a car with a fixed rear axle but would appreciate everyones 2 cents on setting up irs for drag racing. what I have heard is to remove the rear sway bar. I remove the front sway bar on my dodge demon at the drags and it gives way better weight transfer and guess will be the same on a BA turbo ?
