The HIDs are way too bright to look at, let alone see the parker! You can always get a white or "Diamond White" Parker bulb too.

cool :)

Do the HID's put out more/less heat than a regular globe? If so, would it reduce the life of our headlight units, and help the front to age and yellow..etc?

You knwo what, I'm not 100% sure, but the bulb actually operates at 35W rather than the normal 55/60W. So I would think that it would be cooler...

At 6k I think you will also garnish more appreciation from the po-po too.

Yeah at 5000, just driving around I feel like a bit of a tool cause they are so friggin' bright haha

Do anyone think it will have a bad effect that my car is ex-telstra and has day lights, eg always on??

Maybe I should go to an auto electrician and get "always on" taken out?

But yes, they are so bright that you cannot see the parker, it hurt my eyes.... :spoton:

It will probably be 6 months before you get your but into gear and send me an order for one! :beerchug:

I'll give them a run tonight and see how hot the lens feels, I know the halogens heat em up pretty well
