Trust me there is no haha about it. Rab has helped me out though and it might be sorted.

Ironically this is the only website out of dozens that is giving me this issue.

Fair enough, I'm just being a cranky bastard :headbeat: I tried a whole bunch of stuff. I only remember you saying to google it pretty much.

Looks like a new router is needed though. Farken bastard thing can get punted into the sun at the nearest convenience.

he's got technical issues... he's the only one haha
That would be a big fat negative!!!!!
I still get shunted to the "New members" thread when I click on any new post in the list on the top right hand side of the forum web page

Everybody does if they've already read a thread and you click on "unread" item link (bold text)... it's a fault in the forum software that we had to pay to get fixed but I told them to stick their $150/hr bill up their butt as it's not worth that sort of money to fix. You can work around it by clicking on the "time" right below a relevant link.

edit: there's a "getNewComment" link that's relevant to your personal account which sends you to the "first unread" post in the relevant link.

The problem is that this function fails to find a link if you've read the thread you're linking to with a "getNewComment" function and it's supposed to just return you to the last post in the thread but it fails it's redirection and goes to the "default" thread which is the "new members" thread.
