I did have a severe wheat yeast and dairy allergy when I was a teen which resulted in me looking like I had burns all over my face from the eczema and reactions.... every now and again it flares up a bit. Rump kebabs, lamb kabobs and morrocan lemon garlic chicken for the kids. Gonna have it with baby spinach, rocket, brie, tomato, orange and cucumber salad. It sucks mega balls. Was not diagnosed till I was 32, I think severe stress and depression triggered it. Because I've always had symptoms but never bad until I fell hard. I'm a glutard. Some people can develop a intolerance to wheat, rye,grains, dairy when they get older.
