XA is a full synthetic, I'd almost recommend the Penrite full synthetic with the Nulon additive though, but its up to you, its much of a muchness either war.

I just did mine and this was very helpfull. didn't know it was so easy and I didnt even have to jack it up on axle stands, im pretty skinny so I slipped under the back and the utes lowered too. ive only done 22000kms and it was looking pretty bad when I dropped it smelled horrible too.

anyway just heads up for FG owners looking to do this as the fill blot is different to the ba/bf and you need a 10mm hex bit or allen key. other than that it seemed all the same.

it took about 1.9L till is started seeping out.

Ive changed my FG diff oil and its real simple. As scatrd said you wont need to jack it up, just need patience to get the new oil in.

Was pretty grubby after the first 8000ks, and changed to nulon 80w-140, the bottle has an extractable tube in the bottle also to put the new stuff in.

The nulon heavy duty stuff I used has the Ford Additives in it. No complaints so far.
