Also they are set not to point high (ie down on the road). I was even thinking about putting in another set in the hi beam lights (ie dual hi/lows) so I have 4 headlights in both hi/low !!! But I figure the hi-beam reflector will point the light up to high for low beam use. Anyway just an idea...CheersRobin.

I would like a set just for the high beam lights - I assume that is what you have. You can also get a combo that has high beam xenon and standard low beam cant you? H3 for Highbeams and H7 for the foglights can be converted to HID, but I would think doing the foglights would cause a huge amount of glare. The H4 Hi/Lo is a must as the cheaper kits have a second halogen globe for the highbeam, which sucks. One thing to remember if you are converting the highbeam, is it can take a few seconds for the globe to warmup to operating temp. This makes the highbeam less than efficient for a few seconds. This is not a problem in the H4 as highbeam is just a solinoid click to ajust the angle of the globe. As for the question about the difference ? If you have never driven a HID car, it is hard to explain the difference. I think it is double the visibility, especially in the wet. Just do not buy any conversion kit above 5000kThe First Pic is the Hi/Lo HID globeThe second shows the balast that each globe requires. It is not the neatest install, but it works very well.
