Rolling start @ 30 Km/hr in a BF manual in 2nd gear with 385HP@ wheels. It went 230 in 1100 metres then 260 @ about 5200rpm in top in just on 2 kilometres. Stock 3.7 diff. Gearing is wrong for very much more as peak power on the dyno was made at just over 5000 rpm. Weather cool and no wind. The car was rock steady even under brakes. Venue.......... not saying.

Double the speed takes 8 times the power - assuming constant coefficient of drag. Very old formula on this. Drag coeffs in a car do change because of suspension float and air dynamic changes.

I agree with the idea that the ford would need around 500 HP at the tyres to do 200MPH - but I'll pass on driving it at that speed
