Seasoned.... Steaming hot pan and seal the sides... Wrap the bone and oven for about 16 minutes... Medium Rare / Medium cook the whole way through... Garlic Butter corn, mash taters and a home made mushroom sauce on the side... Made some fruit platters, cold meat spread (what you don’t see are the rolls on a bread board off to the side so people can make their own), a birthday cake... and of course got some of the families favourite canoli. what else could you want for a wog family lunch.
