most people will be tucking into some huge mountains of fantastically prepared food,

We did have a lot of food and my wife did a fantastic job.

Pavlova topped with cream and fruit, and cream choc ripple for dessert.

Roast chook, roast pork, roast turkey, glazed smoked ham, roast veg in duck fat with salads and gravy for lunch.

There is plenty of left overs, we won't need to cook lunch tomorrow....or the next.

It's nothing crazy but makes for a good lunch.

I'd still eat that steak in a heartbeat!

If anyone's interested and got any cash left after Xmas.....

BBQ's Galore are 20% off at the moment.

Kamado Joe Classic - usually $999 is "only" $796

Grab yourself one of those and you'll be annoying the forum with pics like I do in no time  :P

doesn't seem like the right thing to do to a rump or porterhouse... but ok, as long as they taste good :) haha
