I made some "caramel" popcorn yesterday.

200g brown sugar

25g butter

1 and a bit tsp salt

1/2 tsp bicarb

I gently melted the sugar on low heat and mixed the butter and salt through.

I added the bicarb and when it fluffed I chucked it over the popcorn I had made previously and folded it through.

Turns out I actually made "cigarette bonfire" popcorn.

Everyone hates it but idgaf I'll eat it. If it was any worse you couldn't, but it is just appreciably palatable.

Went to a new butcher today and they like to cut it thicc! There were some huge tomahawk steaks there but I'll try them another day when I feel like setting fire to 50's.

Cider bottle for scale. The sirloin weighed 870g!
