I just buy the wrappers from coles... I only like a specific type... ill take a pic.
Garlic prawns from coles (either 3 or 4 of the squewers or 100grams of the loose ones, both found at the deli section)
Mushrooms, pork mince and garlic.

Then I saute finely chopped mushrooms in a good size bit of butter and diced prawns and a big dob of garlic. Remove after a minute or two and put to the side.... in the same pan add pork mince... (maybe 100-200 grams ) the packet had a fair few wonton wrappers to do but u dont need to fill them excessively as they will burst) and saute whilst chopping it up with your spatula and then once browned add back the prawns and mushies, add some chicken salt and saute for a minute then remove and fridge for 30 mins.
Then get it out and spoon it into he wrappers and fold them up...

Then deep fry til light brown in shallow oil or deep fryer.

I love Asian food and wonton but Jat is so British he won't eat most herbs etc in a lot of Vietnamese cooking etc.
So I made that recipie up myself one day just puttering around and it tasted super yummy.
I just dip em in sweet chilli sauce and theyre gold. :)

You can also freeze them once folded and fry them another time if u make a bigger batch.
:)

^Yup, that'd be little William, Brendo.

Edit: Nevermind, just saw you've brought yourself up to speed on this in the baby thread. Carry on...
