Hey faygun

You got the rears off OK?

What was the problem?

Hey DaKing,

Yeah finally got the rears off on last saturday. Had to smash it a few good times with a hammer as they were on very very tight. And when the discs came out finally, sh*t loads of brake pad dust fell off from between the disc and where it sits against.

Regards,

faygun

I don't know abouth the specific dBa's you are talking about - but I put slotted dBa rotors on my EF and I now have severe brake shudder - me thinks they be warped.

And I don't drive it that hard - it's just an auto EF on LPG.

Based on my experience with them I am disinclined to consider dBa for my N/A BA2

Hi all,

Sorry to hijack a bit but I recently  (tuesday actually) picked up the tornado. anyway I have the non brembos and don't really think they are up to scratch. Does anyone know when the 6 spot brembos will be able to be sourced aftermarket and at what cost? I'll need rotors too. Before then I'll just get some braided hoses!.

Any (slightly accurate) input appreciated,

Thanks.

Your kidding me right?

I've been around Wakefield Park for 35min sessions without a hint of fade.

I did this multiple times in the same day too.

Got around to finally fitting the PBR kit and yes, its much better that the standard set-up. I will giive it a few hundred kms to bed in gently before giving it a real good hiding.. Brake feel is hugely better..

Dude, My T isnt my toy car, that would be my '71 Capri with 400hp Windsor and 1035kg to shift. it runs a full Wilwood brake set-up and is driven way way harder than I suppose you would drive your T.. If I really want to play, I do, but with the correct Weapon.. T is just a nice daily driver, no more and no less.. :w00t2:
