Sounds like we'd better choose a different date for the beach to bush cruise other than 26 Feb.  Any other dates suit?

The following Sunday, or the following following Sunday :spoton:

Me personally, I'd prefer not the 12th March because it smack bang in the middle of the Labour Day long weekend.

Maybe the Sunday after? Sunday 19th March?

I am happy either way.

Just about any weekend in March should work for me, but would prefer not the long weekend/GP...

As long as it gets programmed early, I can organise a trip to bright on the motorbikes around it... MMmmmmm windy road.....

Cheers,

Ben.

Suggested Route - Melbourne Cruise Beach to Bush

Hiya guys, have not driven it in one go before nor checked out parking or any photo spots along the way, but from memory and on the Melways (all map references from Melways), it looks to be a scenic cruise (for drivers and on-lookers  ). Please feel free to offer changes if you know the areas better that we'd be going through. :nono:

I may get a chance to drive it to see how long it takes and may offer some changes as a result. I estimate it may take about 3 1/2 hours.

Highlights:

- Beaconsfield Pde beach stretch.

- Bay St, Albert Park run.

- Chapel St, Prahran run.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I think that if you were to make it into 2 seperate mini cruises it would get more people going along. I'd go with the first part and then after Chapel have a meet somewhere, possibly Caulfield somewhere for a chat. This would make it 2 hours or so and that sounds great.

Geea.
