    Blue Slip

Kosij Well where is it you go that passes blue slips easily with intercooler, cold air int, dump pipe, but quite with Varex muffler that makes it more quite than stock. Im in hunter area and in need of blue slip most places request me to get a vscss cert or similar which is alot of $ and alot of effort 😞
  2. Update, I removed the rear cam girdle, took it to bench and after a good hour of careful drilling and trying the easy-outs with not much luck I was about to give u and take it to the "doctor of the bolt" when I just said stuff it and I gave it another go this time drilling all the way through the old left over bit of bolt, I then got a larger easy-out to finally get grip and got it out & was very happy to say the least! Thanks guys for the assistance
  3. Thanks heaps k31th. I will post again after I take it out and attempt to easy-out the thread , if all fails then I will have to try and source the cam cap(s) from an either broken barra or purchase a doner engine per say. If the easy-out way doesn't go to plan, do you think a tap and die could work, or will it ruin the seal on the cover with an aftermarket bolt/seal?
  4. Hi guys I am in a bit of worry with my 03 Ba xr6. On inspection of an oil leak I came across bent rear rocker gasket causing bad leak and on removal of rocker cover I noticed a bolt missing on the rear driver's side, so I removed the cover and a closer look I seen thr bolt must of snapped off and is now stuck in the thread. So question is can I remove the girdle thingy above camshaft to then take to bench and try to easy out the stuck bolt half way into the thread??
  5. Hi guys first post. I have an 03 Ba and I recently purchased thr antz stage 2 Ic and cold air intake and battery relocation kit. I was wondering if anyone has an issue with how wobbly/unsecured feeling the battery tray is as only 2 out of 3 bottom bolts lined up to be able to bolt in and 2 little bolts on the top side. Antz didn't pack screws bolts in the kit I got and I have contacted them over3 times and bolts was meant to be sent out but to no avail. So had to source some black m6 and m8 bolts from bunnings (hex top) and pursue it myself. Any ideas on strengthening the battery tray? I can post images if needed on current install
